Sweet Williams
The Sweet William is a traditional cottage garden flower coming in a range of flower colours and forms. It's technically a short-lived perennial, but is usually grown as a biennial, with seeds sown in summer for flowering plants the following year in late spring. Most flowers are beautifully scented and last well in the vase.
Ranunculus
Ranunculus (Buttercup) boast beautiful, bright coloured flowers with ruffled petals on straight stems. Ranunculus flowers are true showstoppers and make fabulous blooms as fresh cut flowers for early summer bouquet arrangements.

A beautiful array of mixed early summer meadow flowers including cornflowers, ranunculus, scabious and orlaya.
Sweet Peas
Beautiful scented Sweet Peas are native to Sicily, Cyprus and Southern Italy. A Sicilian monk is said to have sent the first sweet pea seeds to England in the 17th century and they have been popular ever since! Modern varieties of sweet peas have large flowers, in a range of beautiful, reds, purples, pinks, whites, and deep purple/crimson. These scented flowers on are on long stems that make the best cut flowers.
Cornflowers
Cornflowers are often associated with the countryside but are very valuable and interesting flowers. Cornflowers as cut flowers look wonderful in classic bouquets, but also look great in wedding bouquets.
Malope-Lavatera
Malope-Lavatera have large, trumpet shaped silky flowers in rich magenta-pink, white and pale pinks. They are a long-lasting cut flower and bloom for months.
Helichrysum-Starflower
Equally good as a fresh flower, these daisy-like papery blooms will last indefinitely once dried retaining their colour and becoming a great addition to dried flower arrangements during winter months.
Sunflowers
Sunflowers are the classic feel-good flower and make excellent cut flowers in a wide range of colours.
Antirrhinums-Snapdragons
Antirrhinums or Snapdragons give a good solid spike effect to any bouquet. Available in many colours including bi-colours and pastel shades.
